Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. We ship orders by United States Postal Service and make every effort to ship orders daily, Monday through Saturday.
We occasionally experience unavoidable temporary shipping delays due to inclement weather and other issues outside our control, as well as occasional periods when we are experiencing a high volume of orders. When we identify any such issues, we will make every effort to contact you by email to communicate these changes.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation with a tracking number when the USPS Shipping Label has been printed.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Sirius Performance Company, LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
If you received your order damaged, please contact us, with as much relevant information on the circumstances as possible. We will replace the damaged product and initiate a claim with the shipping company. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods to assist us on filing this claim.
International Shipping Policy
At present, Hydrus Edge only accepts orders from the United States and Canada.
