When should I drink Hydrus?

During Low Activity: Many begin each day with Hydrus and drink more as energy fades or other symptoms of dehydration emerge during the day, such as dryness (eyes, mouth, nose, and skin), fatigue, soreness (muscles and joints), headaches, cramps, constipation, moodiness, cravings and brain fog. If dryness persists during the night time or upon awakening, then consider drinking Hydrus before bedtime and during the night along with your normal fluid consumption.


During High Activity: Drink before, during and after activity, as often as you feel the need.  

How do i mix hydrus concentrate?

Just pour a Hydrus pouch or a capful from a Hydrus 8 oz. bottle into 16.9 oz. or 500mL of water to make a single-serving.

How much Hydrus should I drink?

Consume as much as it takes to replace weight lost through sweat, respiration and body function throughout the day, whether you are inactive or active. Many

Too much or too little water is not an issue, Hydrus will still hydrate. It is a concentrate, so diluting it will merely alter the flavor.

Can I give Hydrus to my 7yr old who plays soccer?

Hydrus is made for everyone. In extreme heat conditions that could cause heat or sun stroke, having Hydrus handy for your child can be of vital benefit. Since Hydrus has no sugar, but sweetened with stevia there should be no reasonable limitation regarding calories. Is Hydrus safe for diabetics?

The sweetener in Hydrus is stevia leaf extract. In a joint statement, the American Heart Association (AHA) and the American Diabetes Association (ADA) said that stevia and similar sweeteners can be beneficial for people with diabetes if they use them appropriately and do not compensate by eating extra calories at later meals.

Do I need to refrigerate Hydrus?

The concentrate does not need to be refrigerated. Once the concentrate has been mixed with water, this finished product should be refrigerated if you want to save it for a few days.
